Voici mes 3 astuces pour obtenir des jolis samoussas croustillants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Couper le feu ensuite incorporez les oignons cisel\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin de la pr\u00e9paration de la farce. Pourquoi \u00e9teindre le feu avant? Pour \u00e9viter que l’oignon ne cuise et fasse ressortir beaucoup d’eau ce qui peut mouiller et ramollir vos feuilles de samoussas.<\/li>
  2. \u00c9gouttez la farce apr\u00e8s cuisson pour la d\u00e9barrasser de l’exc\u00e9dent de gras.<\/li>
