En R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo par exemple, on le retrouve sous le nom \u00ab\u00a0Loso ya Bulayi\u00a0\u00bb en Lingala ou \u00ab\u00a0Wali ya Bilawa\u00a0\u00bb en Swahili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous partage mes deux astuces pour le r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 la perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pour la texture : il faut doser correctement l&rsquo;eau. Pour 2 doses de riz,&nbsp; il faut 2 doses d&rsquo;eau. Pour des grains encore tr\u00e8s d\u00e9tach\u00e9s 1 dose et demie suffit.<\/li><li>Pour la couleur rouge. Il faut du bon concentr\u00e9 de tomates qu&rsquo;il faut faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile pendant le temps n\u00e9cessaire. Il faut qu&rsquo;il vire au rouge fonc\u00e9\/bordeaux.
