Il termine sa cuisson emball\u00e9 dans une papillote, parsem\u00e9 d\u2019oignons, poivrons, piments avant d\u2019\u00eatre badigeonn\u00e9 de mayonnaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1kg de poulet \u00e0 r\u00f4tir (ou 1kg des cuisses)<\/li><li>1 citron<\/li><li>2 c\u00e0c de paprika fum\u00e9&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 cubes poulet Knorr&nbsp;<\/li><li>Aromates en poudre Knorr&nbsp;<\/li><li>Poivre + un peu de sel<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0s de concentr\u00e9 de tomate&nbsp;<\/li><li>Huile d&rsquo;olive ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tale&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 oignon nouveau \u00e9minc\u00e9 (ndembi)<\/li><li>1 piment rouge coup\u00e9 en rondelles<\/li><li>1\/2 poivron vert finement \u00e9minc\u00e9&nbsp;<\/li><li>3 c\u00e0s de mayonnaise&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00c9ALISATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coupez le poulet (ou les cuisses) en petits morceaux ensuite lavez-les avec du citron.<\/li><li>Assaisonnez les morceaux de poulet d&rsquo;un tout petit peu de sel, de poivre, de paprika, de concentr\u00e9 de tomate, des cubes de bouillon \u00e9miett\u00e9s et d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;aromates en poudre Knorr. Goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement. Terminez par de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Vous pouvez le laisser mariner 3h ou id\u00e9alement une nuit. Enfournez dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180-200\u00b0C jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit bien dor\u00e9. Il ne faut pas trop ass\u00e9cher le poulet et il faut l&rsquo;arroser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du jus et le retourner \u00e0 mi- cuisson.<\/li><li>Sortez le poulet du four et placez les morceaux sur deux couches de papier sulfuris\u00e9 (papier cuisson)<\/li><li>Ajoutez par-dessus les oignons, le poivron et le piment. Terminez par un chouilla d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et m\u00e9langez. Fermez correctement le papier cuisson.
