J&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;en acheter chez un vendeur \u00e0 la Porte de Namur ou chez un autre sur l&rsquo;avenue de la Toison d&rsquo;Or.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 d\u00e9faut d&rsquo;y aller r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement j&rsquo;ai ramen\u00e9 la Belgique \u00e0 moi \u00e0 travers cette recette de gaufres \u00e0 base de sucre perl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS (pour 20 gaufres)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>750g de farine<\/li><li>270g de lait ti\u00e8de<\/li><li>30g de levure boulang\u00e8re s\u00e8che pour moi (ou 70g de levure fra\u00eeche)<\/li><li>3 \u0153ufs + 2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/li><li>Une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>1\/2 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li><li>400g de margarine pour p\u00e2tisserie pour moi (ou 400g de beurre ramolli)<\/li><li>500g de sucre perl\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0fJ&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 une levure s\u00e8che \u00e0 r\u00e9action rapide. Elle n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans le lait ti\u00e8de. On la m\u00e9lange directement \u00e0 la farine. Si vous utilisez la levure fra\u00eeche, il faut la d\u00e9layer au pr\u00e9alable dans le lait ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans la cuve d&rsquo;un robot de p\u00e2tisserie muni de l&#8217;embout crochet, m\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs (le sucre perl\u00e9, les \u0153ufs, le lait et la margarine seront ajout\u00e9s apr\u00e8s).<\/li><li>Faites un puits au centre ensuite ajoutez les \u0153ufs et le lait. P\u00e9trissez sur vitesse faible pendant 10 min.<\/li><li>Incorporez en plusieurs fois la margarine et continuez \u00e0 p\u00e9trir encore 10 min jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 incorporation compl\u00e8te.<\/li><li>Couvrir la cuve d&rsquo;un film plastique et laissez pousser la p\u00e2te dans un endroit chaud pendant 30 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle double de volume<\/li><li>D\u00e9gazez la p\u00e2te ensuite incorporez le sucre perl\u00e9 en p\u00e9trissant quelques minutes.<\/li><li>Divisez la p\u00e2te en p\u00e2tons de 100g.
