{"id":81,"date":"2022-02-05T20:58:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-05T19:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/giselez.cluster031.hosting.ovh.net\/?p=81"},"modified":"2022-03-08T15:27:45","modified_gmt":"2022-03-08T14:27:45","slug":"epinards-verts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.giselecooking.com\/index.php\/2022\/02\/05\/epinards-verts\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9PINARDS VERTS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, le terme \u00ab&nbsp;l\u00e9gumes verts&nbsp;\u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux l\u00e9gumes ayant conserv\u00e9 leur couleur verte vive apr\u00e8s cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cela, on les blanchi pr\u00e9alablement en les plongeant dans l\u2019eau bouillante contenant du bicarbonate pour fixer la couleur, ensuite on les trempe dans l\u2019eau glac\u00e9e en vue de stopper la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400g d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards frais<\/li><li>1 bo\u00eete de maquereau<\/li><li>2 jeunes oignons\/oignons verts (ndembi)<\/li><li>1 oignon blanc<\/li><li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>2 cubes bouillon l\u00e9gumes Knorr<\/li><li>1\/2 poivron vert<\/li><li>Piment vert id\u00e9alement sinon un piment rouge fera l&rsquo;affaire<\/li><li>Bicarbonate culinaire pour garder les l\u00e9gumes verts<\/li><li>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>Sel si besoin<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PR\u00c9PARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nettoyez vos \u00e9pinards \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide, \u00e9gouttez et r\u00e9servez.<\/li><li>Faites bouillir 1 litre d&rsquo;eau. Une fois que l&rsquo;eau a bouilli, ajoutez 10g de bicarbonate. C&rsquo;est environ 1c\u00e0c1\/2. Ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes et laissez bouillir 3 minutes. \u00c9gouttez rapidement et plongez directement les l\u00e9gumes dans un saladier contenant une eau tr\u00e8s froide voir glaciale pendant 1 min. Rincez \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide et r\u00e9servez dans une casserole. Ne mettez pas de couvercle sur la casserole.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RECETTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ciseler l&rsquo;oignon blanc et les poivrons. \u00c9mincez les jeunes oignons. Pilez l&rsquo;ail.<\/li><li>Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une casserole. Faire revenir quelques minutes les oignons, poivrons et l&rsquo;ail. Assaisonnez des cubes de bouillon \u00e9miett\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Laissez mijoter la sauce pendant quelques petites minutes en remuant des temps en temps. Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau si vraiment besoin<\/li><li>Ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes et faites sauter quelques minutes. Ajoutez le maquereau \u00e9miett\u00e9.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez. Terminez par l&rsquo;eau.<\/li><li>Goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement. Laissez mijoter A D\u00c9COUVERT pendant une dizaine de minutes sur feu moyen puis doux.
