Elles doivent rester un peu fermes au toucher<\/li><li>4 morceaux de Tilapia bien nettoy\u00e9s au citron<\/li><li>1 grosse tomate fra\u00eeche<\/li><li>1 demi-poivron rouge ou jaune<\/li><li>1 oignon<\/li><li>3-4 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>1 morceau d&rsquo;env.3cm de gingembre<\/li><li>1 jeune oignon (oignon vert, oignon nouveau)<\/li><li>2 cubes de bouillon de poisson<\/li><li>2 feuilles de combava\/ kaffir lime leaves (\u00e0 d\u00e9faut, feuilles de laurier)<\/li><li>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>1 piment antillais<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Poivrez et salez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le poisson. R\u00e9servez dans une casserole<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9cuire les bananes plantains \u00e0 la vapeur ou dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 15min. Elles finiront la cuisson avec le poisson. R\u00e9servez.<\/li><li>Mixez la tomate, le poivron, l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail, le gingembre et le jeune oignon.<\/li><li>Versez la mixture obtenue sur le poisson. \u00c9miettez les cubes de bouillon sur le poisson. Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, les feuilles de combava et terminez par l&rsquo;eau. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez cuire pendant env.15 minutes.<\/li><li>Goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement si besoin.
