Mais ici j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour un gla\u00e7age minimaliste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong> (pour environ 30 biscuits)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 g de beurre pommade\/ beurre mou (en hiver, je sors le mien du frigo la veille au soir)<\/li><li>140 g de sucre fin<\/li><li>1 jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/li><li>450g-500g de farine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REALISATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez le beurre et le sucre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule<\/li><li>Ajoutez le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille. M\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Tamisez par-dessus la farine et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez \u00e0 vous servir de vos mains.<\/li><li>Formez une boule avec la p\u00e2te, remettez l\u00e0 dans le saladier. Couvrez le saladier du papier film et laissez reposer au frigo pendant 1h.<\/li><li>Farinez le plan de travail et \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie sur 2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faites des formes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ces de votre choix, ensuite d\u00e9posez les biscuits sur une plaque tapiss\u00e9e de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>Enfournez pour 10 -15 minutes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 160-180\u00b0C (\u00e7a d\u00e9pend des fours.
