L&rsquo;une des recettes que je connais est celle-ci, \u00e0 base de p\u00e2te d&rsquo;arachides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est de cette fa\u00e7on qu&rsquo;on cuisine g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le chou dans le Kivu, a l\u2019est de la RDC. J&rsquo;y ai mis \u00e9galement quelques morceaux de viande de b\u0153uf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 chou blanc \u00e9minc\u00e9, nettoy\u00e9 et \u00e9goutt\u00e9<\/li><li>250g de viande de b\u0153uf<\/li><li>Huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li><li>2 tomates fra\u00eeches coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>1 oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li><li>2 jeunes oignons<\/li><li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail (\u00e0 piler avec les jeunes oignons)<\/li><li>2 cubes bouillon l\u00e9gume Knorr ou sel<\/li><li>3 c\u00e0s de p\u00e2te d&rsquo;arachide dilu\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;eau<\/li><li>Piment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition la viande de b\u0153uf. Vous pouvez y mettre 1 cube de bouillon b\u0153uf ou des \u00e9pices de votre choix. Une fois que la viande est tendre, retirez-la du feu. \u00c9gouttez. Chauffez un peu d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale puis faites l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer la viande. R\u00e9servez.<\/li><li>Chauffez l&rsquo;huile dans une casserole. Une fois l&rsquo;huile chaude, ajoutez le chou. Faites sauter pendant quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il commence \u00e0 ramollir.<\/li><li>Incorporez la tomate, les oignons, jeunes oignons, l&rsquo;ail, le cube bouillon et la viande de b\u0153uf. Laissez mijoter en remuant des temps en temps. Goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement (sel, bouillon)<\/li><li>Diluer la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;arachide dans l&rsquo;eau et ajoutez-l\u00e0 \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration avec 1 piment.
