Pour le poulet, je me rappelle que je suis vraiment all\u00e9e au pif et j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que mon cerveau enregistrait inconsciemment le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 que je voyais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon pondu \u00e9tait une grande r\u00e9ussite (la chance du d\u00e9butant certainement) au point o\u00f9 un de mes cousins ne croyait pas que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait moi qui l\u2019avais fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le poulet c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un \u00ab\u00a0poulet dur\u00a0\u00bb comme on en trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement  \u00e0 Kinshasa. Je vous partagerais la recette prochainement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 sachets de pondu (1kg)<\/li><li>1 oignon moyen<\/li><li>4 jeunes oignons ou 2 poireaux<\/li><li>1\/2 poivron vert<\/li><li>1 aubergine mauve<\/li><li>1 courgette<\/li><li>200g de poudre d&rsquo;arachide<\/li><li>2 bo\u00eetes de sardines \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile<\/li><li>300ml d&rsquo;huile de palme<\/li><li>5 cubes de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes Knorr (OU du sel pour ceux qui ne consomment pas des cubes).<\/li><li>Piment (optionnel)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REALISATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Avant de commencer tous les l\u00e9gumes doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9alablement lav\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en petits d\u00e9s et les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/li><li>Placez le pondu dans la casserole ensuite rajoutez par-dessus les oignons, le poivron vert, l\u2019aubergine, les cubes de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes \u00e9miett\u00e9s, l\u2019huile de palme et de l&rsquo;eau de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 recouvrir tout le pondu.<\/li><li>Laissez tout mijoter pendant 3h sur feu moyen, en rajoutant de l&rsquo;eau entre les heures si besoin.<\/li><li>Apr\u00e8s 2h45 de cuisson, rajoutez les sardines \u00e9miett\u00e9es.<\/li><li>20 min avant la fin ET lorsque l&rsquo;eau a suffisamment r\u00e9duit, ajoutez les arachides moulues ensuite baissez le feu entre moyen et doux. Ne pas m\u00e9langer mais laisser simplement mijoter.
