C&rsquo;est \u00e0 cette occasion que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert ce type de beignets. C&rsquo;est LA collation de base dans cette ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autant dans certaines villes du Congo, ce sont des mamans vendeuses de Mikate (beignets classiques) qu&rsquo;on trouve \u00e0 tous les coins de rue, \u00e0 Goma ce sont plut\u00f4t celles qui vendent les Ndazi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces beignets sont plut\u00f4t croustillants \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et se retrouvent \u00e9galement dans certains pays d&rsquo;Afrique de l\u2019Est sous le nom de Mandazi qui est en fait le pluriel de Ndazi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500g de farine<\/li><li>60g d&rsquo;huile de tournesol (ou du beurre\/margarine mous. Dans ce cas il faudra l&rsquo;ajouter en m\u00eame temps que les \u0153ufs).<\/li><li>150g de sucre (ou plus selon votre go\u00fbt)<\/li><li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>7g de levure boulang\u00e8re s\u00e8che<\/li><li>1c\u00e0c de levure chimique (2 si vous n\u2019utilisez pas de levure boulang\u00e8re)<\/li><li>100 ml de lait (ou plus selon l&rsquo;absorption de la farine)<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>Option d\u2019ar\u00f4mes : vanille, zestes d\u2019agrumes, cannelle&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Placez la farine dans un grand saladier. Chauffez l&rsquo;huile et une fois chaude, versez-la sur la farine. M\u00e9langez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet d&rsquo;obtenir des Ndazi croustillants.<\/li><li>Ajoutez le reste des ingr\u00e9dients secs : sucre, levures, sel. M\u00e9langez<\/li><li>Faites un puits et incorporez les \u0153ufs. M\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Ajoutez progressivement le lait en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne non collante. Farinez le plan de travail et p\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te pendant une dizaine de minutes<\/li><li>Formez une boule avec votre p\u00e2te et remettez-la dans le saladier. Couvrez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de papier film et d&rsquo;une serviette propre.
