M\u00e9langez<\/li><li>Laissez mariner au frais minimum 2heures.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C, enfournez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 dorure. Arrosez des temps en temps la viande avec le jus de cuisson pour qu&rsquo;elle ne s\u00e8che pas trop.<\/li><li>Chauffez un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et faites bri\u00e8vement revenir les oignons et poivrons. Arr\u00eatez la cuisson lorsqu&rsquo;ils commencent \u00e0 ramollir.<\/li><li>Placer la viande de porc cuite sur deux couches de papier sulfuris\u00e9 (papier cuisson)<\/li><li>Ajoutez sur le dessus le m\u00e9lange oignons- poivrons, les oignons nouveaux et le piment. M\u00e9langez. Refermez le papier cuisson.<\/li><li>Placez le paquet dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pour 15 minutes<\/li><li>Retirez le paquet du four, ouvrez et ajoutez la mayonnaise.
