{"id":935,"date":"2022-07-09T16:10:53","date_gmt":"2022-07-09T14:10:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.giselecooking.com\/?p=935"},"modified":"2022-07-09T16:10:54","modified_gmt":"2022-07-09T14:10:54","slug":"jambonneau-fume-aux-legumes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.giselecooking.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/09\/jambonneau-fume-aux-legumes\/","title":{"rendered":"JAMBONNEAU FUM\u00c9 AUX L\u00c9GUMES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>850g de jambonneau fum\u00e9 (ou viande\/volaille fum\u00e9e de votre choix)<\/li><li>1 oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li><li>1 poivron jaune coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>1 jeune poireau \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li><li>1 petite courgette coup\u00e9e en cubes<\/li><li>1\/2 aubergine coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>1c\u00e0c de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>1grosse tomate fra\u00eeche coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>2 cubes de bouillon Knorr (l\u00e9gumes et volaille)<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c de muscade<\/li><li>1c\u00e0c de poivre blanc<\/li><li>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REALISATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faites dorer les morceaux de jambonneau dans une po\u00eale chaude et reservez. Normalement, il n\u2019y a pas besoin de rajouter de l&rsquo;huile car le jambonneau est gras ou mettez juste un filet d&rsquo;huile (huile d&rsquo;olive aromatis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail pour moi).<\/li><li>Chauffez un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une  sauteuse. Faites revenir les oignons, le poivrons et le poireau.<\/li><li>Incorporez la tomate et faire revenir quelques minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ajoutez l&rsquo;ail puis le cube de l\u00e9gumes \u00e9miett\u00e9, la muscade et le poivre.<\/li><li>Terminez par la courgette et les aubergines. Faire revenir le tout.\u00a0 Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau et laissez mijoter environs 5 minutes.<\/li><li>Versez la sauce aux l\u00e9gumes dans la casserole contenant la viande. Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau. Goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement (sel ou bouillon volaille) et laissez mijoter sur feu moyen \u00e0 doux environs 15 min.
