Je me rappelle avoir tout fait instinctivement. Et c\u2019est ce jour-l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que mon cerveau enregistrait inconsciemment le processus que je voyais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Le plat a en effet plu \u00e0 toute la famille. C\u00a0\u2018\u00e9tait une fiert\u00e9 pour moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 poule (1kg100)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Pour la pr\u00e9cuisson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 oignon coup\u00e9 en 4<\/li><li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail coup\u00e9es en 2<\/li><li>1c\u00e0s d&rsquo;All Purpose Seasoning<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c de bouillon de volaille<\/li><li>1 feuille de laurier<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Pour la sauce tomate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li><li>1 tr\u00e8s grosse tomate fra\u00eeche et un demi-poivron rouge \u00e0 mixer. R\u00e9servez la mixture<\/li><li>2c\u00e0s de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/li><li>4 gousses d&rsquo;ail, 1 morceau de gingembre de la taille d&rsquo;un pouce et 2 jeunes oignons \u00e0 piler. R\u00e9servez la mixture<\/li><li>1c\u00e0c de poivre blanc<\/li><li>1c\u00e0c de muscade<\/li><li>2 cubes bouillon de volaille Knorr<\/li><li>1 c\u00e0c de paprika fum\u00e9<\/li><li>2 feuilles de laurier<\/li><li>500ml de bouillon de pr\u00e9cuisson<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PREPARATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coupez et nettoyez le poulet. Mettez-le dans une casserole avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la pr\u00e9cuisson. Ajoutez de l&rsquo;eau et laissez bouillir sur feu moyen-vif pendant 1h ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la poule soit tendre.<\/li><li>Retirez et \u00e9gouttez les morceaux. R\u00e9servez le bouillon de pr\u00e9cuisson.<\/li><li>Chauffez l&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans une sauteuse et une fois chaude fa\u00eetes dorer uniform\u00e9ment les morceaux de la poule. R\u00e9servez.<\/li><li>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rez et filtrez cette huile. Remettez l\u00e0 dans une casserole et r\u00e9chauffez-l\u00e0.<\/li><li>Une fois chaude ajoutez les oignons. Faites revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils deviennent translucides. Incorporez la pur\u00e9e de tomate\/poivrons. Remuez pendant quelques minutes. Ajoutez le concentr\u00e9 de tomates en continuant \u00e0 m\u00e9langer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ajoutez la mixture ail\/gingembre\/jeunes oignons. M\u00e9langez. Terminez par le poivre, la muscade, le bouillon de volaille et un peu de paprika fum\u00e9.<\/li><li>Ajoutez les morceaux de poule. Remuez pendant environ 5 minutes. Ajoutez le bouillon de pr\u00e9cuisson. Goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement.
