C\u2019est celle que je vous propose aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionnellement, les bananes sont pil\u00e9es dans un mortier avec un pilon. Ici je vous propose une alternative en utilisant le blender. En effet, beaucoup des compatriotes de la diaspora congolaise se retrouvent souvent dans l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de trouver ou de pouvoir utiliser librement un mortier et un pilon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INGREDIENTS (pour 2 personnes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 bananes plantains (2 m\u00fbres mais encore fermes au toucher et 2 qui tendent vers le m\u00fbrissement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 filet d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (optionnel c&rsquo;est \u00e0 utiliser si la pur\u00e9e colle aux parois du blender). Vous pouvez \u00e9galement vous en mettre un peu sur les mains lors du fa\u00e7onnage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PREPARATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9pluchez et grattez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les bananes plantains. Coupez-les en 3 tron\u00e7ons chacune ensuite coupez chaque tron\u00e7on en longueur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire les bananes plantains \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirez les filaments du centre (ce n\u2019est pas obligatoire mais personnellement je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re avoir le moins des taches noires possible dans mon lituma). Mettez les bananes dans le blender et mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une pur\u00e9e lisse. Mettre un filet d&rsquo;huile si \u00e7a colle trop aux parois (comme on peut en mettre sur le pilon si \u00e7a colle).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettez la pur\u00e9e sur une planche en bois. Ensuite formez un boudin.
